Lately a lot of people have been 
ing my old How to make .gifs submission, but it's hard to read, so I remade it with easer to see directions and such. Again, each frame but the first is ten seconds long. You might have to click "Download" to be able to see it.
**I use PS CS3. If you don't have it, this might not be the exact way to do it. I've only ever done .gifs in CS3, so I probably can't help you with your version.**
